| Detailed Description |
| We have been renting our delightful four bedroom terrace for almost 7 years and its time to welcome a new flatmate to our home. We are a squash playing tax lawyer with chronic and severe Mondayitis and shirts that are too colourful to match ties with and a family business managing renaiisance man who, in spite of his deep & diverse range of expertise, likes nothing more than cheering on the mighty Dragons. We also love a good German board game.
The house is a delightful four bedroom terrace which backs onto Messina park, without a doubt one of the premium locations in Surry Hills. We have two good sized rooms available, which comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobe and a desk. Some furniture is available too, so the only major item you will need to bring is a bed.
Whichever room is not taken will be kept spare, which we use for guests, watching movies and just as a bit of a luxury. We would be open to a couple taking both rooms as well.
The disclaimers: the house is generally in good condition although we don't have the smickest of appliances and the furniture is a mish mash of share house acquisitions over 7 years. The kitchen is a bit small and there is only 1.5 bathrooms.
Rent is $350 per week, which includes a fortnightly cleaner, with bills on top.
