| I am a 37 yr old male professional seeking a friendly female housemate. I own a 3 bedroom house in Ridgeway Avenue, Kew but will only be renting one bedroom and leaving the other as a spare. The bedroom is large with robes and your own newly built private en suite. Floorboards throughout the house, big backyard, another storage room with plenty of space, close to transport and universities. I have a 9 yr old dog who loves people and is very friendly. I am very clean and live a healthy lifestyle. I really enjoy the company of having a housemate and am very respectful of their privacy. I have 2 sisters whom I am very close with, so would feel more comfortable living with a female. |
