| My husband and myself are a young married couple in our 60's we have been married for 44 very short years, we have 3 sons and a daughter and 6 grandchildren, but unfortunately none of them live at home. We have a spare room which we would like to rent to either a female or male, we are used to both. We can offer the room furnished or unfurnished with either single or double bed, wardrobe is built -in. We are within 10 min walk to local Coles, Doctor, Community Centre, and the bus stop is within 3 min. I consider myself a pretty good cook and I don't mind adding meals if it is convenient for any potential boarder. Laundry is also a possibility. We would like someone who is a non smoker and clean and tidy. We are not prudes and we are young at heart and very welcoming. If you are an unwed pregnant female looking for a family friendly environment , this might suit you. |
