| Detailed Description |
| We have one room for rent in our five bedroom, double story house.
About us:
My partner, me and our baby live upstairs, don't stress the bedroom we are renting out is on the other side of the house and is downstairs, so you cannot hear the baby at all.
Downstairs is where you will be staying as well as our other two flat mates.
We are all friends and generally spend our evenings watching foxtel but respect each other's privacy.
The house:
Our house is quite large with two lounge rooms downstairs, kitchen, formal dining area. We have a washing machine and dryer and take it in turns to buy the washing powder. You will be sharing a bathroom and toilet with one of our other flat mates.
You:
Must have a full time job
Be punctual with paying bills on time
Have no pets as we already have three dogs
We pay rent monthly and is due on 7th of every month
Give us one months notice if you're to move out
Be able to clean up after yourself
