| Hey,
Two bedroom apartment in central south Yarra located a 2 min walk from South Yarra station.
It's a spacious place at an ideal location. Large Bedroom with a BIR, one bathroom, great living area, and really close to trams and trains. The place is fully furnished and has airconditioning and heating. The room will be available from the start of March and it's $250 p/w including bills and internet.
You would share this place with me a 26 year old professional originally from Sweden but I've been living in Melbourne for about 4 years. I live an active life and I'm not home much, when I'm not working or spend time at the gym I love to go surfing or snowboarding in winter. I am looking for someone independent, reliable and social that wouldn't hanging out or going for a few drinks.
I am looking for someone who is stable, pays their rent and bills on time, and is neath, tidy, sociable, fun and would like to go out for the occasional dinner or drink.
