| Beautiful 3 storey, semi detached townhouse located between St Kilda beach and Albert park. The house is furnished but the room is unfurnished. You would be sharing with myself Kate (23) and Adam (33). The house is extremely spacious and bright with open plan living. We have an outdoor courtyard, a balcony and plenty of storage space with secure parking in the basement and ample street parking also. There are two cats in the house as well so someone who is pet friendly is a must. We are social people but the house is large enough for you to get your own down time when you need it. We are looking for someone who is laid back, friendly and just nice to live with! Inspections welcome. |
