| Me and my partner are looking for roommates in our fully furnished and equipped apartment in Brisbane CITY!
Your room will contain a double bunk bed - bottom is a queen size mattress, upper part is a single size mattress (so it fits for couples or 2 friends), table and chair, evaporative cooler fan (with ice cooling effect), a built-in wardrobe + carpet.

Cathedral Place is perfectly positioned between Fortitude Valley and the CBD. Chinatown, bars, clubs & restaurants are all within a short walk. Brisbane CBD, Shopping, Universities and South bank is quite very close.
Rent is $165 per person/week (including bills and inclusive of shared utilities in the kitchen).
Looking for 2 persons to share a room (couples preferred!!) You should be clean & reliable. Bond is $330 per person and rent is payable two weeks in advance. Room is available from 12/07. |
