| Hi. There is a double room for rent at the end of June in this 2-bed secure building apartment. Located just a 5 minute walk from Belmore Road and a 10 minute walk from Coogee Beach; the location is excellent for the city. The flat is bright and airy with a north/east facing aspect which means there is sunlight throughout on most days. Large balcony with BBQ,parking, fully furnished (except you will need your own bed); this apartment has most mod-cons plus a parking space out back. I am ideally looking to share with someone who is in their late 20's or early-mid 30's. I am easy going and tidy and would like to share with the same.
